Functional Fitness Classes
Our gym is equipped with barbells, kettlebells and other equipment that pairs with our functional fitness programming. The programming is a progressive training plan that is different each day! Don't know how to lift? We will teach you!
Personal
Our personal trainers have over 40 years of combined experience in personal training and have expertly guided our members to achieve their goals through proven scientific methods. Personal training is programmed based on YOU, your goals and your assessment results.
Athletic Development
Hipp Performance caters to a variety of athletes by providing sport specific programming. We instruct youth and adult athletes on foundational lifting, injury prevention, strength, power and speed. Our trainers are able to take teams or individuals.
Semi-private
Many individuals enjoy training with their partner or small group of friends. Our trainers are able to train couples and friends with custom programming based on group or individual goals.
